The story takes places in Los Angeles in USA.
Alcoholic and clumsy John Hancock is the most hated person in Los Angeles althought he saves lives for he also destroys properties causing high cost to the city . When he saves the life of PR Ray Embrey from a train, this last feels he must Hancock and decides to change his image. He brings the anti-hero to dinner at his home, and introduces him to his son and fan Aaron and to his wife, Mary. But Mary does not want Hancock in her life.
To my mind this movie is very interesting and great because the story is really captivating and breathless. Moreover Will Smith is highly convincing as Hancock.
